Community Event Support from NSU

Request Procedures

Event sponsorship/participation/support requests are reviewed as they are received. Special Events asks that all organizations allow four to six weeks for review and research of a submitted request. Organizations seeking support need to provide NSU with the following information:

  1. A completed Community Support Request form along with a written request, preferably on your organization's letterhead.
  2. Information pertaining to the event itself including:
    1. Specific event name
    2. Purpose of event
    3. Date, time and location of the event
    4. Table and individual ticket prices
    5. List of detailed sponsorship levels with costs
    6. Advertisement sizes and deadlines
    7. Information regarding guests of honor or guest speakers
    8. Targeted audience
    9. List of confirmed sponsors
    10. Deadlines for sponsorship and RSVP's
