Community Event Support from NSU
Request Procedures
Event sponsorship/participation/support requests are reviewed as they are received. Special Events asks that all organizations allow four to six weeks for review and research of a submitted request. Organizations seeking support need to provide NSU with the following information:
- A completed Community Support Request form along with a written request, preferably on your organization's letterhead.
- Information pertaining to the event itself including:
- Specific event name
- Purpose of event
- Date, time and location of the event
- Table and individual ticket prices
- List of detailed sponsorship levels with costs
- Advertisement sizes and deadlines
- Information regarding guests of honor or guest speakers
- Targeted audience
- List of confirmed sponsors
- Deadlines for sponsorship and RSVP's
